3.2 Account Restrictions

Your 777nl account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other person. You may not allow any other person to access your account or use your account to place bets or play games on behalf of others. Accounts found to be used by multiple individuals or operated as agent accounts will be immediately closed.

3.3 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or malicious purpose
• Attempting to manipulate games, exploit software vulnerabilities, or engage in any form of cheating
• Colluding with other players or using automated software (bots) to gain unfair advantages
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times
• Using VPN, proxy servers, or other methods to disguise your true location
• Money laundering or using 777nl services to transfer funds between parties
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack any aspect of the Platform
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 777nl staff members

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and potential legal action.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

777nl accepts deposits through approved payment methods including GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank), 7-Eleven CLiQQ, cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20), and other methods as indicated on the Platform. All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are clearly displayed during the deposit process. Deposits are generally processed instantly, though some methods may experience delays due to third-party processing times. 777nl does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose their own charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within two (2) to six (6) hours for standard accounts and within one (1) hour for VIP members, subject to completion of all verification requirements and compliance with bonus wagering conditions. Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods registered in your name that match the name on your 777nl account.

9. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your 777nl account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw all remaining balances. Any unused bonus funds or promotional credits will be forfeited.

777nl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abuse of bonuses, suspicious betting patterns, or failure to provide requested verification documents. In the event of account closure by 777nl, any remaining verified balance will be returned to you after deducting any amounts owed to 777nl, subject to completion of verification procedures and investigation of any suspected violations.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through 777nl's customer support channels. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may submit a formal written complaint to our management team. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.

11. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
